On May 11, 2021 Yixiong Zheng has successfully defended his PhD thesis “Large Size b-Ga2O3 Nanomembranes and Their Thermal Management Strategy”. His thesis committee members were Prof. Jung-Hun Seo, Prof. Quanxi Jia and Prof. Baishakhi Mazumder. Yixiong will join University of Wisconsin-Madison for postdoc. Congratulations, Yixiong!
