We are the future materials and devices research group in the Department of Materials Design and Innovation (MDI) at the University at Buffalo.

Our research focuses on the development of new semiconductor materials for micro/nano devices that enable a high efficient energy conversion, a high power/frequency operation, extreme environmental conditions.
